The NCYH Board of Directors would like to welcome you to the North Country Cougars web site sponsored by Sports Engine.
Registration and payment for North Country Youth Hockey will be done completely on line through our web site here and will streamline the process. There will be no more handling of checks and deposits.
Once you’ve created a profile and registered your players, download the “Sports Engine” App for more exciting features to include game schedules, rosters, photos and videos. Once your players are placed on a team, your team's coaches and managers will be the point of contact throughout the year and will be providing updates through the “Sports Engine” messaging feature. You can also interact directly with the coach or other parents through the chat feature.

2023/2024 Coaching Application
PARENTS AND ATHLETES
Parents and athletes need to manage their OWN SportsEngine accounts to ensure they get the most out of their North Country Cougars experience during each sporting season. With YOUR accounts properly configured, athletes and their families will receive communications according to their preferences and be able to complete registrations more efficiently. SportsEngine has created a Team Management Guide for Parents and Athletes that will help our members with frequently asked questions about our website and mobile app.

What is the cost of registration?
Learn to Skate - First Year Free & $75 thereafter
Mite - $325
Squirt - $375
Pee Wee - $400
Bantam - $400
Is there a minimum deposit for registration?
This year we are doing online registration through our new website. There is no longer an option to pay a $75 deposit. You can either do a partial payment depending on your total amount due or total payment.
Do I need to register before I order a jersey and socks?
No you don't have to register to order a jersey and socks. See link at top of page.
What is the process for ordering jerseys?
You are able to add your child's last name and number to their jersey at no additional cost. If duplicate numbers are chosen, the person who orders the jersey first will get the number. You will be contacted if your child needs to select a new number.
Do I need to order a jersey and socks?
Yes you will need to order a jersey and socks for your child if they are at the Mite Level or higher. Please refer pricing to the website at the top of our page. Please keep in mind this is your jersey to keep!
What is the deadline for me to place an order for a jersey and socks?
The deadline is TBD.
How do I apply to be a coach?
The coaching applications can be accessed above and must be submitted no later than Sept 1. Reimbursements will be paid at the end of the season and you must have all your paperwork turned in to get reimbursed.
